This is a reminder that if you have received a green Learning Environment Survey envelope, please complete your survey before Friday, April 24th.

This survey is your opportunity to let PS261 know how you feel about many aspects concerning your child's education. It's vitally important that all parents that have received the survey take it, either by filling out the bubble sheet, and mailing it in the enclosed, postpaid envelope, or by taking the survey online at

http://schools.nyc.gov/surveys

If you did not receive or misplaced your envelope, please call 311 and request your Serial ID Number, which will let you take the survey online.

However you do it, it is extremely important that you complete the survey. Last year, 66% of eligible PS261 parents took the survey – Let's make it 100% this year.
