PS261 Tour Reservation Request Form
Out of respect for the PS261 staff and students, and to provide you with the highest quality tour, please observe the following:

  • Daytime school tours are by reservation only.

  • Tour groups are limited to 5 families (up to 2 adults and 1 child per family).

  • Please submit only one request per family.

  • Please follow up your online tour request with a telephone call to the PS261 Parent Coordinator, (718) 330-9275, to confirm your reservation. Unconfirmed reservations will be released.

  • PS261 Enrollment Applications for Kindergarten through 5th Grade are available on the tours and anytime in the PS261 Main Office.

  • If your are a NON-ZONED Prospective Kindergarten family, and your tour starts after Friday, March 2, 2012, be sure to stop into the PS261 Main Office and fill out an Enrollment Application NO LATER THAN Friday, March 2, 2012.

  • PS261 Enrollment Applications are required for Kindergarten through 5th Grade admissions ONLY; Pre-K Applicants DO NOT need a PS261 Enrollment Application (The Pre-K Registration Process is handled centrally through the NYC Dept. of Education Website, here.)
